Every order that leaves this kitchen is mixed, shaped and baked by one person — not a production line. She believes she has always had a natural connection with food, and the joy and purpose she finds in creating and feeding people with love is unmatched. That's why nothing goes out that she wouldn't serve her own family.

• 9+ years of baking 5+ years of professional industry experience, with a Diploma in Bakery & Patisserie from IHM and professional training at Theos, Noida.
• 500+ customers served Years of baking, creating and sharing food with 500+ customers along the way.
• From passion to profession Self-taught from childhood, professionally trained, and previously co-founded a cloud-kitchen bakery with her best friend.
• From Lucknow to Europe Conducted food workshops in Helsinki, Finland, including a three-course Indian meal for locals.
